We are Jim & Cindy. For years we dreamed of owning a log cabin. With sage advice from other log cabin owners and much work, we now own a log cabin on a lake (where you can learn more about us).
This website is a way for us to give back to others what we’ve learned along the way. We share our journal as we built our log cabin and have a photo gallery of our log cabin kit being built. We’ve even answered the frequently asked question, “What is a do-it-yourself log home kit?”.
